Nevada & North Idaho Mining Properties

24 miles east of small town in north-central Nevada desert in a mountain range. Polymetal mineral trend over 10 miles long with very little development. Mining did occur over half century ago and diminished due to higher yield elsewhere in Nevada. Therefore the deposits in the trend have not been played out. Modern mining is able to extract more minerals per ton of ore, process more economically and in far larger volumes. Also a vast majority of the mineral trend was acquired by one mineral resource company since the late 1970s. That company also later acquired more profitable claims in another lode mining district that has produced far above expectations for over 20 years and the remaining ore of the close-to-home properties is estimated to last another 20 to 30 years.

Hence the private, small scale company deems it has more than it can process and would like to sell a property in the dormant trend. Estimate long term potential value to yield $400-$500MM and early years of production estimate a yield of $60MM per year, value sale at $14MM. Owner estimates cost to bring to production at $7MM. Will consider partners.

Proven 159,000 oz of gold reserve. Long history of exploratory drill assay reports available. Will assist interested parties to verify value as long and deep as necessary and even chauffeur to site. Recently on the property a high grade precious metal vein was discovered. Owner is anticipating to prove it this Spring. However at this time that deposit is considered "for free" as the stated value is based upon the 159koz au of disseminated deposit best processed by heap leach.

Existing mill 17 miles away is available for use. Smelter may be located in vicinity. Nearby townsite located at edge between plain and forested region does have a few inhabitants. The area is quiet and seemed pleasant to me. Mine property approx 6 miles away.

History of property includes a mercury mine with a glory hole, 2 adits, a shaft, existing dirt road access in forested mountains with moderate terrain. It is in a poly-metal zone with mineralization including platinums, palladium, copper, mercury, however the significant ore contains gold and silver.
